"It is with much appreciation for Matt Chae that I write this letter to you! Here's why…My husband got a job offer we couldn't refuse in Houston, Texas. I couldn’t believe in that area/market that Matt, even with a new baby, was so responsive to us. We always felt like his only client. Everything was always addressed and then some. I never felt as though I was not being heard. Matt and his team are to be commended for their dedication to the client! Matt went above his call of duty as our listing agent as he helped us while we were long gone to Houston, Texas. I still can't believe in this day and age how helpful and wonderful he was with our home! I wish there were Matt Chaes in the world. It would make these large transactions much more pleasant in life.
